14-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item is not excluded (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us:

  2. Pack Your Item Securely:
    Use the original packaging or something equally secure. Include the return form or your order number and contact details.
  3. Send It Back:

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers).
  • Personal care items (e.g. makeup, skincare, underwear) if unsealed.
  • Custom-made or personalised items.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software/products.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
